Bench and production drilling tools include rods, shank adapters, couplings and bits. We provide 7 main threads: R3212, R32, HL38, T38, T45, T51, T60, ST58 and ST68. They are designed for use with button bits, cross bits and reaming products.
Drifter Rod / Tunneling Rod: Available in round and hexagon shapes. Most drifting drill steel with hexagon cross-sections is used for tunneling and drifting applications. Hexagon rods are more rigid, heavier, and transfer energy more efficiently while increasing flushing.
Extension Rod (Speed Rod): Available in hexagonal and round cross-sections. Round rods are generally lighter and normally used in extension drilling applications. Conventional extension steel features duplicate threads on each end of the steel.

The drill rods are manufactured using high-quality Carbon Steel, specifically 23CrNi3Mo (D6A) grade, ensuring durability and high performance in demanding rock drilling conditions.
We offer a wide range of standard threads including R22, R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51, ST58, ST68, and T60/GT60 to ensure compatibility with various drilling rigs.
Yes, we provide professional OEM services and can customize the rod length (ranging from 0.4m to 6m) according to your specific project requirements.
Hexagon rods are typically more rigid and heavier, allowing for more efficient energy transfer and improved flushing. Round rods are generally lighter and are more commonly used in standard extension drilling applications.
To ensure safe transport, all drill rods are securely packaged in sturdy wooden cases or bundles, protecting them from damage during sea or land freight.
Our facility has a robust production capacity of approximately 500,000 pieces per month, allowing us to handle both small and large-scale orders efficiently.
