Bench and production drilling tools include rods, shank adapters, couplings and bits. We offer 7 main thread types: R3212, R32, HL38, T38, T45, T51, T60, ST58, and ST68. These are perfectly compatible with button bits, cross bits, and reaming products.
Drifter Rod (Tunneling Steel)
Available in round and hexagon shapes. Hexagon rods are more rigid and heavier, allowing for more efficient energy transfer while significantly increasing flushing capabilities during tunneling and drifting.
Extension Rod (Speed Rod)
Includes M/F rods and extension steels in both hexagonal and round cross-sections. Round rods are lighter and typically used in extension drilling. Extension steels feature duplicate threads on each end.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What materials are used for these drilling rods?
Our speed rods and extension rods are manufactured from high-quality Carbon Steel and 23CrNi3Mo alloy steel to ensure durability and efficient energy transfer.
2. Which thread types do you support?
We support a wide range of industry-standard threads including R22, R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51, ST58, and T60.
3. What is the difference between round and hexagonal rods?
Hexagon rods are more rigid and heavier, providing better energy transfer and flushing, making them ideal for tunneling. Round rods are generally lighter and commonly used in extension drilling applications.
4. Can these rods be used with standard drilling machines?
Yes, these are professional drilling tools designed for bench drilling, production drilling, tunneling, and drifting applications compatible with most standard drifters.
5. How are the products packaged for transport?
Products are securely packed in wooden cases or in bundles to ensure safe delivery during international transport.
6. What is your monthly production capacity?
Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 500,000 pieces per month, ensuring a stable supply for large-scale projects.
